(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a)For providing the manner in which the fund shall be administered under sub-section (2) of section 4; and(b)[ for prescribing the manner in which the amount of grant-in-aid under section 5 is to be deposited.] [Substituted by Punjab Act No. 16 of 2017, dated 8.8.2017.]
