Section 1 in Tamil Nadu Homeopathy System of Medicine and Practitioners of Homeopathy Act, 1971
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Homeopathy System of Medicine and Practitioners of Homeopathy Act, 1971.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint; and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
