Section 63 in The Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) Rules, 2016
63. Compliance of instruction of licensing authority.
- If the licensing authority calls upon the holder of the license by a notice in writing to execute any repairs in the licensed premises which are, in the opinion of such authority, necessary for the safety of the premises, the holder of the license shall execute the repairs within such periods as may be specified in the notice.
