Section 1 in The Sheekakai Grading and Marking Rules, 2008
1. Short title, application and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Sheekakai Grading and Marking Rules, 2008.(2)They shall apply to Sheekakai Pods and Sheekakai Powder obtained from pods of Acacia concinna D.C. [Acacia sinuata (lour) Merryl syn].(3)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
