Section 35(1)(vii) in Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules, 2019

(vii)For public buildings such as Kalyana mandapam assembly halls, exhibition halls, hospitals, nursing homes, hotels, lodging houses, cinema theaters, multiplex or malls etc. set back all around shall not be less than 6m.
