Section 19(1) in Orissa Panchayat Samiti Accounting Procedure Rules, 2002
(1)An order directing the payment of any claim made in a bill shall be valid only for a period of six months and shall ,be renewed if payment is to be made thereafter mentioning reason of renewal.
