35. Terms and Conditions of staff of private aided schools.
(1)The Government may prescribe the mode of appointment, cadre strength and conditions of service including promotion, pay, allowances, leave, pension, gratuity, provident fund, insurance and disciplinary matters of the staff of any school which is receiving aid from the Government.(2)No process of recruitment of teaching and non teaching staff of any aided school shall be initiated without the prior permission of the competent authority.Chapter-VIII Payment of Grant to Aided Schools
