Section 35(1) in Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 2018
(1)The Government may prescribe the mode of appointment, cadre strength and conditions of service including promotion, pay, allowances, leave, pension, gratuity, provident fund, insurance and disciplinary matters of the staff of any school which is receiving aid from the Government.
