FACTS
Vide RTI dt 23.1.13, appellant had sought information on 5 points relating to Private CMJ University, Shillong.
2 CPIO vide letter dt 6.2.13, informed the appellant that the information sought is a question and its answer which is not admissible under the RTI Act.
3. An appeal was filed on 12.2.13 questioning the response of the CPIO.
4. AA vide order dt 20.3.13, provided a response to query no.1. Subsequently, vide letter dt 15.1.14, AA, provided a point wise response. Copies are submitted to the Commission and taken on record.
5. Submissions made by public authority were heard. In the absence of the appellant, his views could not be ascertained.
DECISION
6. The Commission finds that information sought has been provided.
The appeal is disposed of.
