Section 27(1) in The Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University Act, 1978
(1)There shall be a Board of Post-Graduate Teaching and Research to deal with all matters relating to Post-Graduate instruction and research in the various subjects taught in the University.
