(1)The construction of pipe racks shall be designed and maintained to support any load placed thereon.(2)The owner, agent or manager of a mine shall make adequate provision to prevent pipe, tubular material or other round material from rolling off pipe-racks.(3)No person shall go or be allowed to go between pipe-rack and a load of pipe during loading, unloading and transferring operations of pipes unless effective protection device or system is provided to protect such person from being hit by any load of pipe in motion.
