Section 14(2) in The U.P. Water Management And Regulatory Commission Act, 2008
(2)Any person or class of persons or agency or utility shall :-(a)produce before an officer of tire Commission such books, accounts or other documents relating to any matter concerning water transference, distribution and consumption of water, which may be required by the Commission for the purpose of this Act; and(b)furnish to any officer so specified such information in his possession, power or control as may be required by the Commission for the purposes of discharge of its functions under this Act.
