(3)The Advisory Committee may also -(a)lender advice as regards management to any Certified Institution through Superintendent or such other officer as the State Government may specify;(b)Offences to be tried summarilly. - advise the State Government through the Superintendent as regards the certification of any Institution as a Certified Institution or the de-certification of any Certified Institution;(c)Contribution of Parents. - advise the State Government generally on the working of this Act in that area and particularly on any point referred to it by the Superintendent or any other officer specified by the State Government.
