Section 25(1) in The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda Act, 1949
(1)The University shall include the Faculties of [Arts, Science, Education and Psychology, Commerce, Medicine, [Technology and Engineering] [This portion was substituted for the words beginning with the word 'Arts' and ending with the words 'Fine Arts' by Bombay 52 of 1950, Section 19.], Law, Agriculture, Fine Arts, Home Science, Social Work] [Sub-section (2) was substituted for the original by Gujarat 1 of 1982, Section 10.] and such other Faculties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
