(3)Subject to the provisions of this clause, the provisions of Sections 102 and 103 of the [Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (5 of 1898)] [Now see Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.] relating to search shall so far as may be, apply to searches under this clause.
