Section 6(3) in The General Rules (Criminal), 1977

(3)A pleader or mukhtar shall be entitled to practice if he has been enrolled as such in accordance with the rules in force at the time of his enrolment. He shall be entitled to practice only in such court as is mentioned in his certificate of enrolment. He shall be entitled to appear in a case after he has filed his vakalatnama in the case of a pleader or his mukhtarnama in the case of a mukhtar:Provided that a pleader or a vakil, who was not practicing immediately before the commencement of chapter IV of the Advocate Act. 1961 will not be entitled to practice as a pleader or a vakil.
