When the amendment is under debate, no further proposal shall be received except one of the following :-

(i)The adjournment of the debate on the amendment, namely :-

"That the debate on the amendment be now adjourned".

(ii)The adjournment of the Council, namely :-

"That the Council do now adjourn".

(iii)The closure of the debate on the amendment, namely :-

"That the Council, do now proceed to vote on the amendment".
