2 06-10-2018Mr. Rajendra Kishore Prasad, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Punjab National Bank has drawn the attention of this Court to the order dated 29.03.2016 passed in First Appeal No. 107 of 1996 (Bhojpur Rohtas Gramin Bank Vs. Chiranjeet Singh @ Charanjeet Singh). He submits that the records of First Appeal No. 4 of 1985 is available with him. According to him this appeal is still pending.
He further submits that in view of the change in the panel of Advocates appearing on behalf of the Bank, let notice be issued to the appellant Punjab National Bank.
In view of the above, let notice be issued to the appellant Punjab National Bank.
Office to collect the papers from Mr. Rajendra Kishore Prasad, who was earlier appearing on behalf of the appellant- Punjab National Bank and to take steps at the earliest Patna High Court FA No.4 of 1985(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 fixing the date of hearing of the appeal in the 2 nd week of January, 2019.
