Section 22(1) in U.P. Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017
(1)Every street vendor who has been issued certificate of vending shall be issued identity card in Form-7 duly signed by an officer of the Municipality authorized by the Town Vending Committee.
