Section 17(ii) in Bihar Vigilance Investigation Cadre Rules, 2012

(ii)The transfer/posting/deputation upto the level of police Inspector between Vigilance Investigation Bureau and Special Vigilance Unit shall be made at the level of Bureau and Special Vigilance Unit.
