Mr. Sunit Roy, learned counsel appears for the West Bengal Central School Service Commission in WPA 11705 of 2014.

Rest of the respondents are not represented in either of the writ petitions.

The petitioner shall serve a copy of the writ petition upon Ms. Supriya Dubey, learned counsel for the Commission and Mr. Sunit Roy, learned counsel for the Commission.

The petitioner after completion of service shall file an affidavit-of-service when the matter shall be taken up next.
