Section 848(a) in Police Regulations, Bengal , 1943
(a)Six months before the date of expiry of the service or every officer, or as soon as orders have been passed on any application submitted for an extension of service, a statement of his service shall be prepared in accordance with the instructions contained in article 907(a), Civil Service Regulations.
