Section 23(1) in Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education Act, 1988
(1)The Council may make regulations consistent with this Act and rules made thereunder :(a)regulating the meeting of the Council and the procedure for conducting business thereat ; and(b)regulating the manner in which and the purposes for which persons may be associated with the Council under Section 8.
