Section 11(11)(a) in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Distribution Open Access) Regulations, 2014

(a)The application for grant of Medium-term Open Access shall contain such details as may be laid down under the detail procedure and shall, in particular, include the point of injection into the grid, point of drawal from the grid and the quantum of power for which Medium-term Open Access has been applied for. A model application form for Medium-term Open Access is provided at Annexure-IV.
