2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,---(a)"Act" means the National Oilseeds and Vegetable Oils Development Board Act, 1983 (29 of 1983);(b)"committee" means any of the committee appointed by the Board under Section 8;(bb)[ "Form" means form annexed to these rules; added namely :- [Substitued by G.S.R. 94(E), dated 23rd February, 1990.](c)"Secretary" means the secretary appointed under sub-section (3) of Section 6;(d)"Section" means a section of the Act;(e)The words and expressions used and not defined, but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.]
