Section 30(1) in The Jharkhand Area Autonomous Council Act, 1994
(1)The Council shall have such supervisory powers and functions with respect to non-develop-mental and regulatory subject specified in Schedule 3 as may be prescribed, for public purposes, by the State Government in consultation with the Council.
