11. Powers and duties of members.
- Every member of the Committee shall be watchful over the activities of the Market Functionaries in the Market and all cases of contraventions of the Act, Rules and the Bye-laws coming to his notice shall be reported promptly to the Chairman or the Secretary in writing.
