JUSTICE ASHOK KUMAR GAUR Order 13/08/2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present controversy is squarely covered by the decision given by Coordinate Bench of this Court on 20 th July, 2019 in SB Civil Writ Petition No.11700/2019 (Rakesh Kumar Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.).

(2 of 2) [CW-13340/2019] Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner may be given liberty to file a representation before the Director, Elementary Education, Bikaner and the said representation may be directed to be decided in the light of the judgment passed in the case of Rakesh Kumar (supra), which has been decided by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in the light of SB Civil Writ Petition No.8084/2014 (Santosh Kumar Malinda Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. and SB Civil Writ Petition No.5492/2015 (Kusum Rulaniya Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors.).
In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Rakesh Kumar (supra).
