20. Review.
- The Commission may, from time to time, review these Regulations;(i)for the purpose of harmonising the same with reference to open access and/or to cater to the needs of the developing power markets, in accordance with Section 66 of the Act; and(ii)Keeping in view the need for improving the performance of the licensees in public interest.
