Section 12(1) in U.P. Street Vendors within the area of an Industrial Development Authority (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2018
(1)The Town Vending Committee shall conduct a survey of all existing street vendors within the area under its jurisdiction in the Industrial Development Authority in accordance with the provisions of Section 3 of the Act.
