Section 84(1) in The M.P. Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam, 1993
(1)The officer of the State Government duly authorised by the State Government in this behalf may, subject to such terms as may he prescribed, inspect the proceedings of a Panchayat.
