84. Inspection of works of Panchayats.
(1)The officer of the State Government duly authorised by the State Government in this behalf may, subject to such terms as may he prescribed, inspect the proceedings of a Panchayat.(2)The officers authorised under sub-section (I) shall, for the inspection of the Panchayats, exercise such powers as may be prescribed.(3)The office-bearers, and the officers and servants of the Panchayat shall be bound to afford access to all such information and records as may be demanded by the inspecting authority.
