Section 10(1) in The Bihar Minimum Wages Rules, 1951
(1)A person shall be disqualified for being nominated as, and for being a Member of the Committee, [**] [Words 'Advisory Committee' omitted by Notification No. VI/W3-1022/58L. 19583 dated 22.11.1958.] or the Board, as the case may be(i)if he is declared to be of unsound mind by a competent court; or(ii)if he is an undischarged insolvent; or(iii)if before or after the commencement of the Act, he has been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude.
