73. Function of the Divisional Level Mining Task Force.
- The Divisional Level Mining Task Force shall insure implementation of these rules and shall monitor the excavation, trade and availability of minor minerals in the Division. In addition to the above, it shall also -(1)Ensure the inter-district coordination between the districts of the Division and the bordering districts of Division.(2)Prepare and launch coordinated action plan to check illegal mining and illegal transportation of minor minerals across districts and districts outside the Division.
