Section 18(ii) in Bihar Country Liquor Bottling Rules, 2004
(ii)From Liquor warehouse to retail licensees on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, The number of issuance days in a week may be reduced as per requirement, by the Assistant Commissioner of Excise/The Superintendent of Excise, with the approval of the Collector, for such liquor warehouse where the lifting of liquor is less.
