Section 31(1) in The Najafgarh Marketing Committee Bye-Laws, 2004
(1)Every licensed commission agent shall furnish a weekly return of the purchasers and sales made by him or made through him in such form as may be prescribed by the Committee or as may be prescribed in the rules. Along with the return, he shall also deposit the amounts of market fee realized by him from the purchasers.
