18. Terms of the office of the Managing Committee.
(1)The members of the Managing Committee shall hold office at the pleasure of the Execution Committee.(2)Subject to sub-section (1) (of Section 18) the members of the Managing Committee shall hold office for 2 (two) consecutive years from the date of its constitution.(3)Any member of the Managing Committee may be re-appointed by the District Council for another term.(4)A member appointed to fill a casual vacancy shall hold office only for the remaining period of the term in which he was appointed.
