(3)The quarantine yard and the infectious diseases ward referred to in clauses (f) and (h) respectively, of sub-rule (1) above should have as far as possible direct communication with the hospital yard in order that the cases of illness be removed direct to and from the hospital without entering any other part of the Borstal Institution.
