Section 6(1)(i) in The Rajasthan Homoeopathic Medicine Board (Recognition for the Purposes of Affiliation) Regulations, 1973

(i)Its managing committee is composed of prominent public personalities and gives an undertaking that it shall faithfully carry out such directions of the Board as may be given to it from time to time and strictly comply with the provisions of the Act, Rules and the Regulations.
