Section 3(1) in Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Heritage Area Development Authority Act, 2018
(1)As soon as may be, after the commencement of this Act, there shall be constituted for the purpose of this Act, an Authority to be called the Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Heritage Area Development Authority.
