Section 14 in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Elections Act, 2009
14. General duty of the Presiding Officer and Polling Officer.
(1)It shall be the general duty of the Presiding Officer at a polling station to keep order thereat and to see that the poll is fairly taken.(2)It shall be the duty of the Polling Officer at a polling station to assist the Presiding Officer for such polling station in the performance of his functions.
