1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These regulations may be called the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fixation of Trading Margin) Regulations, 2010.(2)These regulations shall come into force on expiry of thirty days from the date of [publication in the official gazette] [Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, dated 12-1-2010.]
