17. Authority and form for special endorsement under section 19
(1)The authority for the purposes of section 19 shall be the passport authority.(2)Every special endorsement referred to in section 19 shall be in the following form, namely:-FORMThis passport is hereby made valid under section 19 of the Passports Act, 1967(15 of 1967), for travel through, or visiting,..............................for a maximum period of ........................days/months from the date of this endorsement.
