Section 1(3) in Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determination of energy from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2017
(3)These Regulations shall come into force on 1.4.2017 or from the date of notification whichever is later and unless reviewed earlier or extended by the Commission, shall remain in force for a period of 5 years from the date of commencement.
