Section 21(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983
(1)The Dean of each Faculty of each University shall be a whole-time salaried Officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor on the recommendation of [the Recruitment Board] [These words were substituted for the words 'the Selection Committee' by Maharashtra 32 of 2013, Section 4, (w.e.f. 25-10-2013).] Constituted under section 58.
