104. Compliance of urgent orders.
(1) Whenever the Bench passes an order, final or interlocutory, requiring immediate compliance, the Tribunal Officer shall immediately transmit the case file and the order to the Principal Registrar or Registrar as the case may be, who shall ensure prompt action on the same day.(2)Files with Dasti orders should be stapled with Today flags and superscribed with O.A. or T.A. or R.A. or C.A. or M.A. or A.T.
