Section 30(4) in The Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir

(4)The emoluments and allowances of the [Governor] [Substituted for 'Sadar-i-Riyasat' by the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir (Sixth Amendment) Act, 1965.] shall not be diminished during his term of office.
