(30)The University is empowered to do self-certification, which shall be exempted from obtaining any permission, approval, license, certificate, no objection certificate, authorization or any other document from the State Government or any entity or autonomous body created by the State Government or under any State Act or Central Act insofar as it is applicable to the State.
