Section 13(1) in Arunachal Pradesh (Tourism Trade Registration and Regulation) Act, 2016
(1)Not-withstanding any agreement to the contrary, no tourism unit operator or travel agent/tour operator or guide or adventure sports operator, as the case may be, shall charge any amount in excess of the fair rates notified.
