13. Charges recoverable in excess of fare rates.
(1)Not-withstanding any agreement to the contrary, no tourism unit operator or travel agent/tour operator or guide or adventure sports operator, as the case may be, shall charge any amount in excess of the fair rates notified.(2)Any sum paid by the lodger or by a customer in excess of the fare rates fixed shall be refundable to the lodger or to a customer by the tourism unit operator or the travel agent/ tour operator or the guide or the adventure sports operator, as the case may be, through the prescribed authority.
